About CommPropRisk (CPR)

“The CommPropRisk (CPR) assessment tool is intended to assist the Trustees, Directors, Estate Management and Managing Agents of Community Schemes to identify the areas of risk and weakness and to provide guidance on how to better manage these risks and improve the overall level of governance and compliance. The areas identified by the Community Scheme/Trustees/Directors/Estate Management/Developer/Operator in tandem with their Managing Agents will also enable better oversight, operational and financial control  to be implemented.  The Activity Management module enables objective assessment of the areas requiring active involvement by the Managing Agent and evaluation of their  relationship with the Community Scheme.  This tool  and its feedback and output, will not only help both Managed and Self -Managed Community Schemes and Developers to improve their risk management but will help Trustees/ Directors/Estate Management in carrying out their roles and responsibilities by ensuring a focus on the key areas of risk and weakness.”
