The CommPropRisk (CPR) Community Schemes risk assessments are intended to assist the Managing Agents, Trustees or Directors and Estate Management of these bodies to identify their areas of risk, weakness and vulnerability and to provide guidance on how to better manage these risks and improve overall governance and compliance.
The areas of vulnerability identified by using the CommPropRisk (CPR) tools will also enable better operational and financial control to be implemented and clear accountability for areas of responsibility between owners, Trustees, Directors, Estate Management, Operators and Managing Agents to be set.
The CommPropRisk (CPR) tool and its feedback will not only help both Professionally Managed and Self-Managed Community Schemes to improve their overall management, but will help Trustees/Directors and Estate Management in carrying out their roles and responsibilities by ensuring a focus on the key areas of weakness and improving their ability to deal with unexpected events.
